Raise your business, lead your future is a two week program, organized in five modules. It works in the Higher Education International area and aims to assist young professionals that want to introduce their own project in the global market. The primary goal is to achieve the creation or elaboration of an individual (or group) project through the different interpretations of the Project Management with a theoretical and practical approach that allow to immediately apply what each participant learned. Each course will be structured through the use of case studies and some project idea that will be arranged in this program: the participants will develop a business plan about an initiative they prefer, through: the basic marketing skills, the use of methods and tools to support the analysis, planning and implementation of marketing decisions. Through this training program we intend to give a mix of basic know-hows that will make all the participants able to realize their project. From the first steps the students will be immersed in a concrete and dynamic experience. The course, in addition, wants to provide an expansion of knowledge and aims to become a common place to create a network and new partners.

Public speaking:
Many people are afraid to speak or give presentations in front of a large group. The best way to improve is to practice public speaking in a friendly environment, like a class. Team-building activities can play an important role in easing conflicts between coworkers by allowing employees to bond with one another and become more accustomed to each others’ personalities.

Project Management:
Project management is the way a person organizes and manages resources that are necessary to complete a project. Project management is useful to make plan in order to ensure that the project is delivered within the existing limitations. These limitations can be time, cost, people, risk, and many more and a good project management can ensure the best possible distribution of resources.
In order to manage a project in a good way some steps are mandatory, such as define the scope, establish a
timeline, specify target outcomes, determine necessary outputs, put a project team together, etc.

Business Planning:
Novice business owner don’t understand that planning is the key to getting things not simply done, but done in the best way is possible to do.
This means that planning is one of the most important parts of running a business, no matter whether it is a large multinational corporation trying to plan an expansion or a small business launching an exciting new product.
It is easy to start a project, but without careful planning it is like setting off on a journey to an unknown destination without a roadmap.

The heart of your business success lies in its marketing. Most aspects of your business depend on successful marketing. The overall marketing umbrella covers advertising, public relations, promotions and sales. Marketing is a process by which a product or service is introduced and promoted to potential customers. Without marketing, your business may offer the best products or services in your industry, but none of your potential customers would know about it. Without marketing, sales may crash and companies may have to close. So, at the end of the day, you can even have the best project or product of ever but without a right marketing strategy it will never be the main star on the stage!



This course is addressed to  students  and young professionals who want to start a different path in education, who want to learn more in a different way, who want to grow their expertise through getting more skills in management, project management, marketing, and public speaking. The main idea is to let the participants become aware of their potentialities and abilities in order to lead the future. In particular it is addressed to:

All the topics of this Advanced Training Course will be studied and approached in an operational way, characterized by active teaching, a practical methodology, interactive, structured interaction between  teachers and participants and through the analysis of a series of exercises, case studies and simulations.  

Teaching material

 All the participants will receive handouts in digital format in Italian and in English. They will also have access to a virtual classroom and, thanks to the online forum; they will be able to work together with the colleagues of the course. The teachers will retrace with the students the logical steps needed to understand the topics covered by the case studies that will, for example, allow the students to personally solve the problems proposed from time to time.
